InFusion, established in 2015, is a unique, exclusive “culinary jam session” that blends the styles of several cooks from Italy and beyond for a single dinner in a convivial, engaging atmosphere that brings together diverse culinary cultures. Numerous chefs have taken part over the years: Daniel Burns from Canada, Thiago Flores from Brazil, Virgilio Martínez from Peru, Paco Morales from Andalusia, Yoji Tokuyoshi and Yasuhiro Fujio from Japan, Maksut Askar from Turkey and Mikael Svensson from Sweden.
